Similar to the talks that will be offered for the public, the FSRI will also provide specific education sessions for companies and organization on important health issues that affect them directly. For instance, it has been highlighted that a concern within the educational system in Kuwait is the integration of children with disabilities into the classroom. As a result, the FSRI has designed short education course for teachers and school administrators on specific and practical strategies to address such concerns. Other similar educational opportunities include the provision of employee educational sessions on how to minimize common conditions such as repetitive strain injuries like carpal tunnel. In providing such courses, which will generally be in small group or seminar format, the company or organizations are responsibly addressing workplace safety, and it has been well documented that healthy employees are more productive.

Additionally, in order to improve productively among workers, the FSRI will be able to offer personalized on-site exercise programs permitting employees to engage in beneficial exercise program at the workplace, making then more productive in their work. These seminars may be as short as a half day session to week-long corporate wellness retreats for employees and employers.
